For law firms

A website assistant that answers only from what your firm has published

Most AI chat tools answer everything. On a law firm’s website that is not a feature — a confident wrong answer about a fee, a deadline or whether someone qualifies is indistinguishable from advice, and it is your name on it.

Why firms use it

It answers from your pages, or it does not answer

Answers are built only from pages your firm published. It has no general knowledge of the law to fall back on, so when a question is not covered — a fee, a limitation period, whether a situation qualifies — there is nothing for it to reach for. It says the site does not cover it and offers to pass the question to you.

Every answer shows the pages it came from

Not the three closest matches to the question — the pages the answer was actually built from. Marketing can check a claim in one click, and so can anyone else who asks where a statement came from.

Separate assistants for separate practice areas

Firms that run distinct divisions rarely want one assistant answering across all of them. Each practice area gets its own assistant, its own content and its own instructions, embedded on the pages it belongs to.

The enquiries arrive at eleven at night

Someone deciding whether you handle their situation is not filing a support ticket — they are choosing a firm, usually outside office hours, usually while looking at two others. The assistant answers, takes their details in the conversation rather than sending them to a form, and emails you the enquiry with a brief on what to open the call with.

What it will not do

It does not give legal advice, assess a case, or tell anyone whether they have a claim. It repeats what your firm has already published, tells the visitor when the answer is not there, and hands them to a person. If you want something that reasons about a matter, this is not that product and we would rather say so here than in a sales call.

It is also not a support desk. There are no agent seats and no ticket queue. It is built for the part of the website that wins work.
